INVESTMENT OPTIONS
FS Group is able to offer our clients bank financing and legal services on all projects, if required.
Option 1.
The investor buys the property on our recommendation and we carry out the value addition.
Upon exit, FS Group charges them 20% working share from the net profit.
In the case that the investor decides to keep the property, the property is re-valued by a RICS
certified surveyor and FS Group takes 20% on the uplift of value.
Option 2.
In this scenario, FS Group and the investor share the proportional amount as per the equity share holding of the net profit generated.
In addition FS Group takes a further 20% of the investor’s net profit for project management.
Option 3.
This investment for refurbishment works becomes FS Group’s proportionate equity in the project.
In addition FS Group takes a further 20% of the investor’s net profit for project management.
